    Car not communicating

    Suddenly, on the 2nd July, my car "stopped communicating" with Land Rover and now the Remote app doesn't work. I can log on from within the car. I have deleted and reinstalled my Land Rover/Here account but to no avail. My Remote apps have been reinstalled ( but this is happening on all devices ).

    Has anyone else had this problem and can explain how it can be fixed?

    I'm sure someone has previously mentioned a reset function from within the car, by pressing one of the two help buttons near the front interior light, in a certain way. Did I dream that?

    It was to do with resetting car data sync, and the extract reads -

    It’s the LR Assist call button. NOT the SOS button on the right above the rear view mirror. 

    Resync car data (Journeys, Health etc) by logging out of the Remote app. Go for a drive at least 1+ mile and then press and hold the B Call (LR Assist) button until the LED flashes slowly (changes flash speed).

    Then log back into the app.

    Now you mention it, I also remember something along those lines but I dont remember what the reset was for! Was it something to do with a secret menu?
