Stratstone Nottingham.....
Any members willing or able to say what sort of service you get from Stratstone Nottingham please?
Just tried to book my Disco in with them following the N400 Safety Recall letter landing on my mat. Didn't buy the car from them but they are the nearest dealership to me. The receptionist was not at all helpful, and even said she didn't think they could do the work as the car was bought elsewhere?!?!? Waiting for a call back from their service department......

Pretty sure recall work can be done by any LR dealership. I bet they would happily book you in for a service and take your money.
But Stratstone don’t have a great reputation with LR owners (see D3 and D4 forums). I wouldn’t use them anymore

Recall/safety work can be carried out by any dealer and if they are refusing to do it I would speak to LR customer services.
Namib Orange 1st Edition with black roof and wheels.
Privacy, tow bar, drive pack, surround camera, heated front & rear seats, auto dim door mirrors, side steps, remote Pro, RSE, arm rest fridge dash cam front and rear.

The N400 recall letter for my MY2020HSE arrived last week. Upon telephoning the main dealer, I was advised that Land Rover has not yet issued dealers with the required new ground studs or the special fixing tool kit and that they would not be available until April. I have always had very good service from that dealer and have deliberately avoided the more local Stratstone dealership because it has a poor reputation for service.

Weird. I phoned my nearest dealer, which isn’t the one I bought the car from, and it’s booked in for the work in a couple of weeks. It would have been quicker except I need a weekend slot.

Stratstone in Nottingham completed the work required by the recall last Thursday - only booked in a couple of days earlier!
