    Just had a email from my dealer to say its now slotted and showing October. So November delivery then I would assume. Just hope my tyres don't need replacing before then. Should be OK running on slicks over the summer. Laughing

    Yes good news but will be 15 months since placing the order that was originally suggested 9 to a very unlikely 12 months.

    Snap, however, the wait for my current car was 16 months, due to unprecedented disruption, caused by WLTP regulations, so I've learnt to be patient for cars.

    Who would have guessed that a pandemic was about to strike, causing further disruption.

    At least this isn't a VW forum. Understandably, parts sourced from Ukraine have been greatly impacted.

    Appreciate there's been a lot going on. The wife ordered a fiesta in August for delivery October that didn't happen because they shut the factory and brought out a new model. She picked it up 2 months ago she had to wait an extra month or so because the wiring looms were made in Ukraine. It has a lot of the bells and whistles so clearly Ford have access to IC's So why is Land Rover struggling so badly one wonders.

    Arrived!

    I ordered in September 2021, was told in November I'd be moved to a MY23, Told then in May 2022 it would be built in June 2022, that I'd be given £1,000 off for moving to MY23, Arrived at Dealership in 1st week of July. So 10 months from order to delivery roughly.

    My car finally arrived yesterday!

    It only arrived with one key which I wasn’t prewarned about, however expected having read some of the posts on this forum. It was also driven the 180 miles from Kent rather than trailered which I was quite surprised about. It also could have been cleaned better (there were lots of sticker marks on the windows etc) however I guess this is maybe because I bought via a broker so don’t get the full Land Rover experience….

    However despite this I’m very pleased with it!

    Chips shortages apparently. I was told by the drivers to call the dealer in month and check if it had arrived yet.

    They are supposed to be delivering mine today, but I have said I want mine delivered by trailer as that was part of the original deal. I kept the email which states that.
