    Park assist fitted or not?

    Hi

    Just about to buy a MY19 Anniversary. It has the PA icon on the Touch Pro screen but it does not seem to do anything.

    Is it conceivable that the icon is there as a default in readiness for PAssist to be installed? I have looked at other MY19 Anniversary models - some have the icon some don’t. Most confused.

    Usually, when the icon is there on the centre screen, to the best of my knowledge, park assist is fitted. This is the best and most appropriate video on a 2019 D5 and park assist I could find. Besides asking the dealer/seller to demonstrate it to reassure you before you complete the sale, which would be own choice... I hope this helps Smile

    To be honest, although I have full park assist as well as towing/trailer reverse assist on my 2017 TD6 HSE...it still scares the bejeezuz out of me Laughing

    Thank you.

    I had PA on my old 405 sold last year. Used PA twice in 4 years! I suspect the potential purchase may be faulty in this regard. I also pressed the ‘cameras’ soft key and nothing happened.
