Airbag - Restraint Control Module
I've just purchased a 2018 HSE Lux Td6 with previous accident damage and the Restraint Control Module still showing B1193-00 code so I need to have the module reset. Can anyone tell me where the Restraint Control Module is? I don't want to tear the whole car apart looking in the wrong place.

Why would you want to locate it? It is more than likely that your existing module needs a simple reset/reprogramme probably via the OBD port, Something I think the GAP IID tool can do, alternatively a good indie.

I've tried that with my Vident diagnostic tool but the B1193 code is not removable by this. Hence need to remove it and send to someone with more sophisticated equipment.

Why not just take the car to an indy to have it reprogrammed ? JAS at Everingham are only an hour from you and they make some JLR dealers look like ameteurs ! Give them a ring, advise I'm sure would be free.
