Windscreen Defrost
Should the windscreen defrost evenly?
I’m sure the D4 defrosted evenly. I was -1 though so perhaps thicker in places.

If that is using the heated screen then one half is not working.
I have seen this on a RRS.
Dealer visit called for?

That’s what I feared
It was a mix of heated windscreen and blowers.

Next time just use the heated screen. It maybe the blowers are not evenly distributing the heat/Air.
Just a thought.

Of course on the SE the second half of the screen heating was a £1500 option.

If you were using the air blowers at the same time, then for me it would suggest either
The right hand side of the screen had much more moisture.
Or.
The right hand side Air blower is not synchronised properly and had either less Air flow or a different air temperature.

I’m going to see what it’s like over the next few mornings. I’ll check both blowers and I’ll also try just the heated windscreen, just need a lot of frost.

Solid frost this morning, heated windscreen on and blowers, everything worked a treat. So all seems well.
