    Yes, I’ve got the one with the phone box graphics.

    Can’t find the thing you mention and I’ve checked literally everything.

    Never seen anything like that to be honest unless I am looking in the wrong place, but I’ve tried all options on the OSD.

    You need to select all options, then software is at the bottom of the options available

    Then you have the original version. Phase 4 update introduced the new interface.

    Hi Folks

    Got mine back on Friday after five days at the dealership for knocking noise during fast right corners. First they thought it´s the rear diff but it was „only“ a loose transfer case Shocked Hopefully no damage which will show up when the warranty is over.

    Since there were also problems with the incontrol touch pro which had the old 2017 software I asked for an update and the made, how they said, the update to Stage 5 which is also 18D Confused Are the german dealers not informed about the stop of the 18D update?
    In the first look it seemed to be fine but now the voice control is working strange. When you press the button there is no beep just the screen shows the page with the list of the commands but in every line you see the number 123 ? No voice at all. When you are lucky the system recognize the command I have spoken an will do the change. In the sat nav there is also no voice anymore, not for commands and also not for the directions. Nothing.
    Next thing is the TV. There are some stored channels which seem to be preinstalled since they are mostly UK channels. When you try to search or switch channels it shows it is not available.

    Is there some update they also should and forgot?

    Any help appreciated

    Seems to be OK so far for me and CarPlay opens up much faster now than before.


    So my SIM and mobile data for the Pro Services and in car WiFi has turned itself off three times now. Have to go to the settings and turn on the mobile data again each time. Then after a while it turns the setting back to off.

    I recently tried to get my LR dealer to update my ICTP and they told me that it was fully up to date and with no available updates.

    I have 2017A obviously with the old 4 panel colourful home screen.

    They told me that they were using the latest Pathfinder version and showed me a screenshot where they showed that the installed version was the same as the latest version although I have a feeling that this could have been related to a module or something and not the user interface.

    What is it that I need to ask them to check/update in order to get 19A installed? How can I point them in the right direction?

    My D5 is a MY18 HSE with ITCP.
