Just had feed back from LR customer services, all text message facilities will be removed from all cars the next time they visit a garage as part of a service patch update. Apparently it I do with safety
Lucky we have the butler to read them out

I hope not or they can take the car back. They shouldn't be altering the infotainment system.
They be as well taking the sat nav out as well.

Just had a call form my dealer to say that whilst my car is in having trims replaced (roof ones coming off) they have done a complete software update (2 plus hours to down load) This has added some things on including text alert
, its due back this afternoon so we will see what happens.

Incontrol Pro doesn’t have day/night view
the standard system does.
