Crap timing Russ. I only binned the ones I had from fitting my rails about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I had hung onto them all the while I had the D5.

It could well have a LR tracker but you need to pay a subscription.. check your subscriptions from the LR app.

My MY18 had a tracker as standard, you just need to pay the subscription to LR.
Direct line were always a decent price for my insurance, approx £550 for a birmingham postcode

They fitted the protective plate and the spring cover tube to earlier D5 as well (my MY18 had these) but I still fitted an RLD protector.

Not until they have a better engine I won’t., Seems to me that whilst other manufacturers also can have issues, they tend not to be catastrophic, in LR’s case requiring a new engine
