• ugh, water leaks are the worst. I feel for you. Maybe try putting some food coloring in water and spraying it around to see where it's coming in? Could help pinpoint the issue for the techs.

• I'm not 100% sure, but I think I remember seeing something about option codes in the glovebox of my friend's LR. might be worth a look? could be on a sticker or in some paperwork tucked away in there.
