  Dealer error / lack of knowledge
  Rear screens have own software updates.
  Which can be a pain to get installed and working.

• I understood the remote app works off the LR sim ( non removable, hidden factory fitted etc etc ) , and not the SIM threat you use for ICTP services

• JohnM yes you are correct. Distance to service does not update on every mile driven. It’s a complex algorithm based on time since last update, distance driven and regeneration cycles.
