• Took a good few hours on my 73mb connection earlier in the summer. Shouldn’t take days
  
  And set your laptop to not go into any sort of sleep mode as the download pauses if you do ( it did on mine) ...

• I didn’t have to wait too long, about 5 weeks.
  
  And with regards to 4 cylinder motors, my D5 was the 2ltr 4 pot.

• I must say the experience at the Volvo dealer, and the attitude of the sales guy was chalk and cheese from what I have had from any LR dealership. Much nicer experience 👍

• I guess, for different reasons favourite would possibly be 2nd D3, but for shear spec and “presence” it would be the D5

• Yes it is, as you get a dual benefit of side protection and somewhere to assist smaller folks getting in, and it helps you when washing the car as you can reach onto the roof easier.

• It’s not got a lot to do with getting in and out, it’s more about side protection, as generally if someone at the side of you chucks their door open it hits the steps, not your doors ...
