    New Remote App - can't find wake up timer

    I've just started using the new Android remote app.

    On the old app there was a wake up timer setting that you could set if the car was going to be parked for a long time (e.g. on holiday) so that it would wake up from a power saving deep sleep and start responding to the app again at a predetermined time ready for your return.

    I can't find this on the new app. Am I being thick and not finding it, have JLR missed it off or is it no longer necessary?

    It is under the SETTINGS section. You press the 3 little dots at the bottom right of screen. And you can turn the timer on there.

    Hmmm, I still can't find it.

    Just to be clear, I could find it in the original Android app but not the new version (Version 2.0.1) I've checked on both my phone and tablet.

    Has anyone who can find it got a screenshot showing where it is? Confused

    in any page except the first, go to right down corner dots and press settings. It will be there

    That's where I expected it to be but either I'm being really thick or its just not there on my phone or tablet.

    It’s been removed from the newest app. Maybe it’s not required anymore ?

    My car even if left for a week will still give me up to date status after a few mins.
