SSM74417 - Voice cannot he heard during a received phone call
Describes the issue exactly and points to the issues being experienced since iOS 12.2 was released. Apple released iOS 12.3 the other day which I have installed. Maybe this has fixed it? Need to test later with some more incoming calls to be sure.

I was on iOS 12.2 and didn't have the issues you describe. Although twice I received a call and couldn't hear the other party, then I called them back and it worked fine. But that may have been signal related.

I have this problem too, but have found it happens less when I use a Genuine Apple Cable and it is worse when I have Waze and Podcasts / Music playing at the same time.
I must say, had ACP in a Volvo XC90 and my last BMW M4cs and both were bluetooth to headunit for ACP, rather than us having to plug it in each time, was a lot better....
Mine has now today started to display the 4x4 info screen General Programs selected info every few seconds even if I didn’t touch the screen or terrain response dial. Info Centre on dashboard doesn’t change though like it does when selecting a program.

I have just been for a short journey and since upgrading the iOS I have a problem with the display.
As we are on holiday in France I have been using ACP for Spotify music but keeping the screen on NAV for directions.
Now it keeps reverting to the ACP screen, re-select NAV and a minute or so later it is back on the ACP screen. I was not even using Spotify as it was a 15 minute trip.
Not sure if this is a one off or not, but will be a real pain when we make the next long journey.
